VAJA DELEGATION VISITED SOME JAPANESE AGENCIES IN HANOI

On the occasion of the Seventh Congress of the Vietnam Association of Japan Alumni (VAJA) has just achieved great success, on December 25th -26th , 2019, the Association sent a delegation to pay courtesy visit to express the gratitude of the Association’s Executive Committee and quickly inform the situation and results of the Congress to a number of Japanese agencies in Hanoi who regularly supporting and helping with activities of the Association. The agencies were: Japan Foundation, Japan Student Support Organization (JASSO),  The Embassy of Japan and Toshiba Asia Pacific Representative Office in Hanoi.

Leading the Delegation of  VAJA were Mr. Hoang Van Nhan, Vice President of VAJA; Mr Phan Trung Nghia, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of VAJA. The Delegation was warmly welcomed by the leaders of the agencies, exchanging a number of opinions relating to the cooperation in activities according to the functions and duties of each party and of VAJA.

On behalf of the VAJA Delegation, Mr. Hoang Van Nhan briefed the leaders of the agencies on the situation and results of the Seventh Congress of the Association’s 2019-2024 term, and expressed the gratitude of Chairman Ngo Minh Thuy and VAJA Executive Committee for the attention of agencies to the activities of VAJA over the past term, and the desire to strengthen cooperation and friendship in the coming time by promoting the operation results and experience in the past as well as on the basis of cooperation and friendship between Vietnam and Japan in the coming time, especially towards the 50th  anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam – Japan diplomatic. On this occasion, the Delegation also congratulated the New Year 2020 to the agencies.

On behalf of the agencies, the leaders warmly welcomed the VAJA Delegation, congratulated the success of the Seventh Congress, congratulated Chairman Ngo Minh Thuy on his continued election as Chairman of the Association for the term of 2019 – 2024, wished the Association to continue the success and agreed with the view of continuing to promote cooperation and friendship activities between VAJA and Japanese agencies in the next term of VAJA./.
